Beth Reel

Beth found yoga more than 15 years ago when she was struggling with stress, body image, and was seeking balance in her life. After one class she quickly discovered that yoga was a way to feel the peace she so craved. Beth had been completely out of touch with her body and living in her head. Yoga immediately became a regular practice helping to bring body and mind together. She is now able to walk in the world with awareness and presence with herself and others.

Beth loves to create classes that are body and heart centered, helping each participant connect with their inner knowing and guidance. While she takes yoga very seriously, she tries not to take herself too seriously and sprinkles a bit of humor into every class.

Beth is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and Certified Professional Coach (CPC). Her focus is on yoga, meditation, mindful eating, and mindful living. Beth holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, Connecticut, and received professional training through the University of California, San Diego, Center for Mindfulness, and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Beth also holds certificates in Shamanic Energy Medicine and Reiki. www.bethreelcoaching.com
